Cape Verde was a member of the International Health Partnership+. The country compact was signed in February 2014. Cabo Verde participated in the 5th IHP+ monitoring round which tracked progress on the implementation of eight practices for effective development cooperation (EDC) IHP+ membership was transferred to UHC2030 in 2016.
