UHC2030 joint vision progress
Vietnam joined IHP+ in April 2010. Its current health partnership agreement (equivalent to a country compact) is the 2009 Statement of Intent adopted by the Ministry of Health, 15 development partners and eight civil society organizations. Vietnam participated in the 5th IHP+ monitoring round which tracked progress on the implementation of eight practices for effective development cooperation (EDC) IHP+ membership was transferred to UHC2030 in 2016.
